Wing is seeking a Sales Caller for a fully remote role. You will reach out to customers to provide information about products, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and manage payments within a CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or certificate course completed.
• At least 1 year of sales experience and proven quota attainment.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1).
• Strong phone, email and chat communication.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Google Calendar scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers to provide information about products or services, sell offerings, or solicit donations.
• Qualify leads over the phone and input data into a CRM system.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer appointments and rescheduling.
• Make collection calls, resolve debts, and update payment information following scripts.
• Execute and monitor surveys, compiling results in a datasheet.
• Address support tickets and resolve customer concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Ad hoc tasks.
