Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a CSR in B2C/B2B.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong phone, email and chat communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Tech-savvy; familiarity with cloud services, CRM and VoIP.
• Proficient with MS Office and online calendars (Google Calendar).
• Proactive with keen attention to detail.
