Job summary

TalentPop App in the Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support members throughout their employee journey. This remote, full-time role focuses on building positive relationships, addressing workplace concerns, handling cases, and ensuring a consistent, supportive employee experience.

You’ll work as a point of contact for members on HR matters, resolve employee relations cases, document actions, and collaborate with managers to address escalations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Employee Relations, HR, or related roles.
• Experience handling workplace concerns, grievances, or performance issues.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for workplace concerns and HR-related matters.
• Handle employee relations cases including attendance, performance, conduct, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Document cases and follow-up actions accurately.
• Support investigations and recommend next steps when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest process improvements.
