Job summary

Philippine Red Cross is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to provide administrative and operational support in handling employee relations matters, including complaints and misconduct cases, in compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines.

The role includes documentation, hearings, policy implementation, and initiatives to strengthen employee relations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of labor relations and employment standards is an advantage.
• Computer literate with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee complaints, misconduct cases, and conflict resolution.
• Support administrative hearings and case conferences (e.g., SENA-DOLE).
• Receive, process, and document incident reports and ER cases.
• Assist in drafting ER documents (NTE, NOR, RTWO) and memoranda.
• Maintain and archive ER records and case files.
• Support implementation and monitoring of HR policies and regulations.
• Promote awareness and compliance with policies and code of conduct.
• Perform clerical tasks such as checking clearances, encoding exit interviews, and verifying cases for loans.
• Coordinate with HR Officers, management, and internal stakeholders.
