TalentPop App is hiring an HR and Employee Relations Officer to support members, address workplace concerns, and foster a positive remote work environment. This 100% work-from-home role in the Philippines requires at least 2 years in HR or employee relations and strong communication, documentation, and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, employee relations, or related field.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and fairness.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with organization and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for members on workplace concerns and HR questions.
• Address employee relations cases including attendance, performance, conduct, and grievances.
• Provide guidance based on company policies after objective assessment of concerns.
• Coordinate with managers and internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Document cases, discussions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
• Conduct regular member check-ins to identify concerns and provide timely support.
• Assist with workplace investigations and recommend next steps.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest HR process improvements.
