Job summary

TalentPop App in the Philippines is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support members throughout their employee journey. This remote, full-time role focuses on building positive relationships, addressing workplace concerns, handling cases, and ensuring a consistent, supportive employee experience.

You’ll work as a point of contact for members on HR matters, resolve employee relations cases, document actions, and collaborate with managers to address escalations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Employee Relations, HR, or related roles.
• Experience handling workplace concerns, grievances, or performance issues.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong documentation skills.

HR Employee Relations Specialist - | Remote

TalentPop App is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to support our members throughout their employee journey. This role focuses on building positive member relationships, addressing workplace concerns, handling employee cases, and helping ensure a consistent and supportive employee experience.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a point of contact for members regarding workplace concerns, questions, and HR-related matters
• Handle employee relations cases, including attendance, performance, conduct, grievances, and workplace concerns
• Listen to concerns, assess situations, and provide appropriate guidance based on company policies
• Work with managers and internal teams to resolve employee concerns and escalations
• Document cases, conversations, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately
• Conduct regular member check-ins and help identify concerns before they upscale
• Support investigations and recommend appropriate next steps when needed
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
• Help improve member experience by identifying recurring concerns and recommending process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, People Operations, Member Relations, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience handling employee concerns, grievances, performance issues, or workplace cases
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employee relations practices
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations and sensitive situations
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases and follow-ups
• Strong written English and documentation skills
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus
• BPO, e-commerce, or staffing/recruitment experience is a plus
