Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for members on workplace concerns and HR questions.
• Address employee relations cases including attendance, performance, conduct, and grievances.

• Coordinate with managers and internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Document cases, discussions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
• Conduct regular member check-ins to identify concerns and provide timely support.
• Assist with workplace investigations and recommend next steps.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest HR process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a point of contact for members regarding workplace concerns, HR questions, and employment-related matters.
• Handle employee relations cases involving attendance, performance, conduct, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Listen to concerns objectively and provide appropriate guidance based on company policies.
• Coordinate with managers and internal teams to resolve concerns and escalations.
• Document employee cases, discussions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
• Conduct regular member check-ins to identify concerns and provide timely support.
• Assist with workplace investigations and recommend appropriate next steps.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Identify recurring workplace issues and recommend improvements to HR processes and the employee experience.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in HR, employee relations, people operations, or a related field.
• Experience handling employee concerns, grievances, performance issues, or workplace cases.
• Good understanding of HR policies and employee relations practices.
• Strong communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Experience working with remote teams, BPO companies, e-commerce businesses, or staffing organizations is an advantage.
