Nexford University is seeking a B2C Outbound Sales Specialist to drive enrollments from the US and international markets. This 100% remote role in the Philippines focuses on end-to-end sales—from initial contact to closing—while upholding Nexford’s QA standards.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of outbound telesales experience, a proven record in Education/EdTech, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to work US hours while based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience in Education or EdTech.
• Experience closing full sales cycles with prospecting, qualification, objections handling and closing.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to enrollment.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective learners in the US and international markets.
• Qualify leads, consult with learners, handle objections and close enrollments.
• Maintain and improve quality of sales calls and pipeline in SLAs.
• Report to Sales Team Lead and meet enrollment and revenue targets.
• Work remotely from the Philippines and align with US business hours.
