Nexford University is hiring a B2C Outbound Sales Specialist to drive enrollments from the US and international markets. This remote role focuses on end-to-end sales, including discovery, consultation, objection handling, and closure, working within US business hours from the Philippines.

You will balance productivity with quality, performing QA call marking and contributing to Nexford’s global growth. A strong track record in education sales and a passion for accessible, career-focused EdTech

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience, including prospecting, sales conversations, objections, follow-up and closing.
• Must own and close the full sales cycle, not just lead generation.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Education or EdTech is required.
• Experience selling to customers in the US market, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in KPI-driven environments.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work remotely and deliver results without direct supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through closing enrollments.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Understand learner goals and recommend Nexford programs accordingly.
• Maintain pipeline and respond within SLAs.
• Consistently work toward enrollment and revenue targets.
• Review sales interactions to uphold quality standards.
