Qualifications

• 4+ years full sales cycle experience from prospecting to closing.
• Experience in Education or EdTech is required.
• 2+ years selling to US customers in a B2C setting.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPI targets.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• 80% of day on calls: outbound, inbound, and follow-up.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Convert high-priority leads by aligning programs with goals.
• Persistently follow up and adapt for the right decision.
• Manage pipeline across channels and respond within SLAs.
• Aim to exceed enrollment and revenue targets.
• Review calls to improve team quality standards.
