The position offers a monthly AUD 800–1,000 compensation, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on professional service delivery. Remote work from home is standard.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer service, support, or admin.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident phone manner; able to handle inquiries and follow-ups.
• Strong Word formatting and document prep.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM to maintain records.
• Comfortable learning and using SaaS platforms.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to Australian clients via email, phone, and online meetings with clear, professional support.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up activities, coordinating commitments.
• Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Assist clients using SaaS apps and explain features.
• Coordinate client requests and internal follow-ups to completion.
• Use Microsoft 365 apps to manage daily communications and workflows.
• Follow procedures and keep information up to date.
• Leverage AI tools to draft, summarize, and organize information.
• Identify improvements to routine tasks and workflows.
• Represent the business professionally to Australian clients.
