Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Client & Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, client, event, and operational support on a remote, independent contractor basis. The role aligns with AU business hours, enabling collaboration with Australian clients while you work from home.

You will manage client requests, event logistics, CRM records, and documentation, while supporting marketing and HR/admin tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administration or operations coordination.
• Experience supporting clients and coordinating tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ClickUp.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva and social media scheduling is an advantage.
• Experience with Australian business or clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team and clients.
• Coordinate client requests, follow-ups, internal tasks, and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain documents, reports, templates, correspondence, and business records.
• Support the Director and Practice Coordinator with general operational requirements.
• Identify and escalate issues, delays, or tasks outside the role's scope.
• Assist with improving administrative processes and maintaining organised workflows.
