Hunt St Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a detail-driven Finance & Accounts Officer for a fully remote Independent Contractor role.

You will manage receivables, credit control and payables, keep accounts reconciled, deliver month‑end reporting, and communicate confidently with customers and suppliers, aligned to Sydney business hours. This is a long-term engagement with room to grow as the finance function scales. Competitive AUD 1,400–1,600 monthly and flexible remote work setup.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in bookkeeping, accounts or finance officer roles.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar cloud accounting.
• Strong AR, AP, reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Proficient Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent written/spoken English with clear phone manner.
• Independent, detail-oriented and remote-friendly.

Responsabilidades

• Raise customer invoices and credit notes on time.
• Manage receivables, credit control and statements.
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs.
• Reconcile daily bank and credit card activity.
• Support month-end close with accruals and journals.
• Prepare monthly sales commissions and reports.
