Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Construction Admin Assistant based in the Philippines to support a remote AU client. The contractor will manage admin tasks, social media updates, and assist with process improvements, aligning with AU business hours.

The role offers flexible remote work as an Independent Contractor, with the owner as the primary stakeholder and room to grow into broader responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in administration or EA role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident creating social media posts and engaging captions
• Proactive, self-starting mindset and ownership of work
• Reliable internet, quiet home workspace
• Available during Australian Western Standard Time business hours

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Marketing: turn site photos into posts, schedule content, keep website up to date.
• Business Administration & Document Management: maintain filing system, track insurances, licenses, and employee records.
• Compliance & Business Documents: polish capability statements, improve policies, prepare tender docs.
• Recruitment Support: write/post job ads, organise applications, coordinate interviews, onboarding paperwork.
• Executive Assistant Support: manage owner calendar, travel bookings, liaise with accountants and suppliers.
• Research, AI & Process Improvement: research AI tools, test and report, propose improvements.
• Quoting & Financial Admin: assist with quotes, enter bills and track invoices in Xero.
