Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an IT Service Desk & Remote Systems Administrator based in the Philippines to support distributed AU operations as an independent contractor. The role focuses on remote service delivery, user support, and system administration across Microsoft cloud services and enterprise applications.

You will work with the Head of Group IT, delivering timely incident resolution and proactive IT management while ensuring high-quality customer service and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with enterprise business applications and ITSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–3 remote technical support for users across branches.
• Log, prioritise, investigate, resolve incidents and service requests in ITSM platform.
• Troubleshoot workstation, devices, printers, connectivity and user access.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors and communicate progress to users.
• Provide user guidance and training to minimise disruption.
