Hunt St is seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join a remote team supporting an Australian client. You will handle calls, coordinate bookings with interpreters, and ensure efficient service while maintaining professional communication.

This full-time independent contractor role requires coordination with Sydney hours and a reliable home setup in the Philippines. Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of call centre or customer service experience with Australian clients.
• Experience in booking coordination and scheduling.
• Clear, neutral English with Australian accent.
• Based in Manila or Cebu with reliable internet.
• Willing to work full-time and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Allocate face-to-face, video, and telephone bookings to interpreters.
• Follow up with clients regarding bookings and provide alternatives.
• Contact interpreters from SYL, NAATI/AUSIT panels for bookings.
• Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Meet KPIs for response times and bookings completion.
