Hunt St Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to support an Australian client from a fully remote setup. You will handle calls, bookings, and follow-ups for interpreters and clients, aligning with Australian business hours as required for continuity.

This is a full-time independent contractor role with flexible timing, but you must work Sydney-time hours and maintain high-quality communication with stakeholders across Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of call centre or customer service experience with Australian-based companies or customers.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral to minimal accent.
• Based in Manila or Cebu, Philippines.
• Willing to work full-time 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Sydney time.
• Contract role is Independent Contractor engagement.
• Willing to provide an NBI Clearance and undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Allocate face-to-face, video, and telephone bookings to interpreters.
• Follow up with clients regarding bookings and provide alternatives.
• Coordinate with SYL panel interpreters to offer bookings and travel fees.
• Engage with NAATI/AUSIT interpreters to fulfil booking requirements.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and booking interactions in internal systems.
• Confirm and follow up on bookings with clients and interpreters.
