Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking a Clinical Operations Support Specialist to help deliver high-quality clinical services remotely from the Philippines. You will support practitioners, respond to inquiries, and ensure efficient rostering and queue management to improve patient and practitioner experiences.

The role emphasizes operational troubleshooting, data-informed decisions, and collaboration with teams like Customer Success and Nursing to resolve issues and reduce wait times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, admin support or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to efficiently manage patient queues and ensure timely access to services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Experience working with AU, US or UK clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, reliable clinical operations support to practitioners during and outside Australian HQ hours.
• Respond to practitioner tickets, email, and internal queries within SLAs (within 24 hours).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time; escalate when needed.
• Manage patient rescheduling to minimise disruption and maintain clinical flow.
• Assist with onboarding, data entry, and guiding new practitioners in using internal systems.
• Help roster practitioners and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth scheduling.
