Job summary

MultiplyMii seeks a Customer Success and Support Representative to manage post-sale relationships with US-based commercial accounts. You will handle inbound calls and emails, enter orders, and resolve warranty and order issues quickly and accurately.

A protected outbound block ensures welcome calls to new accounts and re-engagement with recently lapsed ones. You will log outcomes on every call and maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• Must have proven night-shift tenure: 2+ years on fixed US-hours schedule (graveyard in Manila time).
• Outbound calling experience: history of retention, renewals, win-back, appointment confirmation, payment follow-up, or account check-ins.
• US customer service experience: 2+ years serving US customers with order entry or order management.
• Tested spoken English over the phone with a warm, clear, professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails professionally; triage voicemails daily and route to the right person the same day.
• Enter all orders the same day from email, voicemail, phone, website, and marketplaces (Amazon) and route to 3PL for shipping.
• Close out each day by marking orders as picked up, confirming shipments, and sending daily PDFs.
• Log every call in HubSpot with outcomes and reason codes; follow up on warranty and quality issues by phone and email.
