Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking a Direct Import Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day import logistics, ensure on-time bookings, and maintain accurate documentation. The role involves coordinating with freight forwarders, factories, and customer teams across time zones.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in international import operations, ERP experience, and strong attention to detail. This is a 100% remote position based in the Philippines with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of International Import Operations and Supply Chain coordination.
• Experience in international logistics (FOB shipments, import/export documentation, customs).
• Experience supporting US retailer import programs (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Target, Amazon, Home Depot).
• General ERP proficiency; Dynamics NAV/ BC365 preferred but trainable.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, Outlook, Word.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open purchase orders and shipment readiness status.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with freight forwarders and factories.
• Review and process factory documentation and receive inventory into ERP.
• Generate and share shipping documents with customer teams via portals or email.
• Ensure bookings are secured within required customer shipping windows.
• Follow up on bookings, vessel allocations, and deltas.
• Track cargo-ready dates versus planned ship dates.
• Escalate delays or issues promptly to resolve.
• Coordinate across multiple parties per shipment and maintain records.
