Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking an Optical Billing Assistant to support the billing team with accurate data entry and order processing for optical products such as eyeglasses and contact lenses. This remote role offers a Philippines-based candidate the chance to contribute to precise billing workflows.

You will verify system data transfers, enter payments and discounts, and help ensure billing accuracy across multiple systems, targeting about 130 orders daily with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant billing, data entry, or healthcare administrative experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and discounts
• Proficiency with data entry and computer systems
• Ability to manage high-volume daily tasks independently and efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal team members

Responsibilities

• Review optical orders for eyeglasses and contact lenses and verify that information has transferred correctly between systems.
• Compare data between the optical ordering system and billing system to identify missing or incorrect information.
• Enter and update payments, discounts, and other billing details that do not automatically transfer between systems.
• Process approximately 130 optical orders per day while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Double-check calculations, discounts, payments, and other billing information before finalizing transactions.
• Perform accurate and consistent data entry across multiple systems.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with internal billing team members to resolve them.
• Respond to internal questions regarding order or billing information as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while working with high-volume billing data.
