Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Experience & Sales Follow-Up by promptly handling inquiries and converting leads.
• Maintain CRM records and proactively nurture opportunities until booked or closed.
• Support Marketing & Remote Operations through email campaigns, content calendar, and basic graphics.
