Job summary

Go Lean Health is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support customer experience, sales follow-up, community outreach, marketing, and remote operations.

This role requires ownership of recurring tasks, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work independently without daily instructions. Primary duties include birthday party inquiries, group visits, memberships, and outreach to schools and partners.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, voicemails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with questions about parties, memberships, pricing, scheduling.
• Follow up on inquiries to convert interest into bookings.
• Maintain consistent communication across channels.
• Identify complaints or concerns and escalate as needed.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline, and next steps.
• Nurture leads and outreach to schools, PTOs, and community groups.
• Track outreach activity and report progress.
