Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, voicemails, and online messages promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with questions about events, memberships, admissions, schedules, policies, and pricing.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert interest into bookings.
• Maintain consistent communication ensuring uniform information.
• Identify complaints or concerns and escalate as needed.
• Maintain CRM records and nurture leads until opportunities are booked or closed.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media scheduling, and content updates.
• Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, vendor communications, and documentation for recurring processes.
