You will own recurring tasks, respond promptly, and build relationships with schools and partners while managing CRM and campaigns from a remote setup. Strong organization and clear communication are essential for success.

• Availability to work during Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, voicemails, and inquiries promptly.
• Assist with questions about parties, memberships, admissions, schedules, and policies.
• Follow up on inquiries to convert interest into bookings.
• Maintain consistent information across contact channels.
• Elevate complaints or concerns to management as needed.
• Maintain CRM records, opportunities, notes, and pipeline stages.
• Proactively nurture leads and close or reclassify opportunities.
• Research schools and community partners for outreach.
• Support group visits, field trips, and partnerships.
• Track outreach activity and pipeline progress.
• Manage email campaigns, audience segmentation, and promotions.
• Publish content calendar and assist with basic graphics.
• Assist with scheduling, recruiting coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain trackers, files, SOPs, and templates.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, payroll, and website updates as needed.
