Job summary

Go Lean Health is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support a family entertainment business with customer service, sales follow-up, and remote operations.

You will own recurring duties, follow opportunities through to completion, and work independently. A strong focus is delivering a consistent, responsive customer experience for party inquiries, memberships, and community outreach to generate new business.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Professional, confident phone presence.
• Experience in customer service, sales follow-up, lead management or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong follow-through and ability to act with appropriate urgency.
• Comfortable learning new systems, following processes, and documenting workflows.
• Availability to work during Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return customer calls, emails, voicemails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with questions about parties, memberships, admissions, schedules, policies, pricing, and availability.
• Follow up on inquiries to convert interest into bookings and maintain consistent information.
• Maintain CRM records and nurture leads through the pipeline.
• Track outreach activity and provide visibility into opportunities and next steps.
• Support marketing, scheduling, onboarding, and vendor/partner communications.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for recurring processes.
• Assist with admin tasks such as inventory, payroll, reporting, or website updates.
