Persona is hiring a Customer Success Manager to handle a growing book of advertiser accounts in a performance‑marketing environment. You’ll own mid‑market and test‑stage accounts, optimizing campaigns and budgets from Ads Manager, while supporting senior teams on enterprise clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in performance marketing or ad tech, and are fluent in English with the ability to work US business hours. This is a long‑term, full‑time remote role with ongoing client support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer success, account management, or campaign operations in performance marketing, affiliate, commerce media, or ad tech.
• Fluent in performance metrics: CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, pacing, IO cap management.
• Technically curious: familiarity with tracking links, pixels, or postbacks, or able to follow API/integration docs.
• Able to manage multiple budgets, launches, and client threads simultaneously.
• Strong written communication; able to draft concise client recaps and explain performance changes clearly.
• AI-forward: uses AI tools to work faster and improve results.
• Proactive: flags issues early, seeks help when stakes are high, not waiting to be told to check accounts.
• Fully fluent in English and available for U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET).
• Ability to commit long-term and full-time.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new advertisers from signed IO to live in Ads Manager: campaigns, ad groups, targeting, offers, creatives, budgets, CPA targets.
• Create and maintain offer/creative variations for testing and optimization.
• Set up and QA conversion tracking: server-side postbacks, MMP events, and event configuration.
• Test tracking links, verify conversions post-launch, and report discrepancies with concrete examples to Engineering.
• Monitor spend, pacing, CTR, CVR, and CPA daily; identify overspend/underdelivery early.
• Perform routine optimizations and flag larger changes to your manager.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, Hex) to pull performance cuts and draft client recaps quickly.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for advertisers with updates and clear explanations.
