Job summary

RunRemote is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a fully remote role. This position focuses on building strong client relationships, onboarding, and ongoing account management across international clients. You will partner with founders, hiring managers, and remote professionals to drive long-term success.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer experience, proactive communication, and problem-solving to grow accounts and ensure successful placements with RunRemote’s global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships and multiple accounts.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client experience, from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Monitor contractor engagement and overall client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify issues early and resolve with clients and candidates to prevent escalations.
• Manage replacements and ongoing account support as needed.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Leadership to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Lead the recruitment team to deliver quality shortlists within timelines.
• Develop and improve customer success processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
