Job summary

Bamboo Works is hiring a Client Success Manager to be the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring long-term value through expert account management and proactive problem-solving.

You will coordinate onboarding, recruitment, and contractor support across international clients, delivering exceptional experiences and identifying growth opportunities. Flexible, fully remote role with ASAP start and a monthly rate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Recruitment, Staffing or another client-facing role.
• Experience managing long-term client relationships with focus on retention and growth.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term partnership.
• Lead onboarding, hiring kick-offs, and calibration sessions for alignment and success.
• Develop deep understanding of client business, hiring strategy, and growth plans.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Drive long-term client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
