C9Staff is seeking a Client Success Project Manager to join our remote team. You will coordinate projects for our franchise-focused clients, ensure campaigns launch on time, and maintain clear communication across Success, Creative, and Media teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in project coordination or client success, strong organization, and tech-savviness with Airtable, Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace. Remote-first collaboration is core.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications for the Success team.
• Organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables with Success Managers.
• Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams for alignment.
• Monitor milestones and task completion across departments.
• Document updates and follow-ups in Airtable or Asana.
• Prepare project summaries for leadership review.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross-department efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding new initiatives and ensuring consistent execution.
• Maintain organized project templates and standardized systems for the Success department.
