Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued value and growth across paid products and services.

You will monitor engagement (NPS/CSAT), respond to feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining accurate client records. This remote role follows Philippine time and may include weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success management or account management roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients across the lifecycle.
