Job summary

My Mountain Mover (MMM) seeks a proactive Account Manager to own client relationships, oversee VAs, and drive retention across U.S. practice clients. The role combines client-facing duties with people management and coaching, ensuring performance against KPIs.

You will act as main liaison for billing, disputes, and process requests, while mentoring VAs, monitoring performance, and supporting continual improvement. Remote work from the Philippines with a global client base.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of remote client-facing experience.
• At least 2 years as a team lead, supervisor, or manager, with experience coaching people against KPIs.
• Proficiency in KPIs, business process cycle, project management, quality management, risk management, and information technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main POC for company-related concerns, including billing disputes and process requests.
• Investigate and resolve client-VA disputes, conduct periodic check-ins, and ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Handle cancellations, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Monitor VA performance, attendance, incentives, and credentials.
• Ensure VA reliability, provide coaching and mentorship, and share subject matter expertise.
• Address VA misconduct, conduct regular check-ins, and manage resignations and attrition, escalating when needed.
• Assists in VA accountability.
