Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to execute day-to-day operations across the business and partner with the Founder and Growth Operator. You will own prioritization, delegation, and coordination of team and contractors, ensuring smooth client onboarding and effective workflows.

You will balance hands-on work with building simple systems, dashboards, and SOPs, while safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, business ops, or similar; founder-led or entrepreneurial background preferred.
• Experience supporting a founder/CEO in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in online education, coaching, or membership communities is a plus.
• Highly proactive, organized, and dependable with strong follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational coordination across the business, including priorities and deadlines.
• Act as the operational point person between Founder, Growth Operator, team, and partners.
• Maintain visibility across key priorities and ensure commitments are followed through.
• Coordinate Inner Circle client onboarding, scheduling, tracking, renewals, and offboarding.
• Handle routine WhatsApp and Skool member support and community administration.
• Maintain client, member, and business records; keep information up to date.
• Build and maintain a simple weekly operating/KPI dashboard.
• Develop SOPs, trackers, and workflows for recurring processes.
