Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with lead management and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and convert enquiries via phone, email, forms and other channels.
• Provide information about chiropractic services and address questions.
• Manage incoming leads and follow up professionally.
• Reactivate previous patients through outreach campaigns.
• Maintain records in the lead management system.
• Track lead conversion rates and relevant metrics.
• Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Coordinate with chiropractors and staff to ensure availability.
• Handle payment transactions for consultations and treatments.
• Provide detailed pricing and payment option information.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive patient experience.
• Address issues or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Other duties as they arise.
