Qualifications

Min 2.5 Years Proven Experience in a telemedicine or remote patient care role. Proficiency with telemedicine platforms, chats, emails, video conferencing tools, and electronic record‑keeping systems. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patient interactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote consultations via chat, email, phone or video conferencing, assessing patient needs and answering questions.
• Schedule follow‑up appointments and in‑person consultations as needed, coordinating with the clinical team.
• Maintain an organized appointment calendar and ensure timely follow‑ups to enhance patient engagement.
• Keep detailed records of consultations, treatment recommendations, and follow‑up plans.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and the administrative team to streamline patient care and ensure a high level of service.
• Provide feedback on patient inquiries and trends to help refine our service offerings and teleconsultation processes.
