Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented patient support professional to manage inquiries, triage concerns, and ensure a seamless care experience. This remote role requires strong English communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive patient interactions.

The role involves rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and overnight hours to support 24/7 coverage for US time zones.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with clear, compassionate communication.
• High emotional intelligence for handling sensitive patient interactions.
• Ability to triage and escalate medical concerns using medical terminology.
• Experience navigating Kustomer, DrChrono, Slack or similar tools.
• Remote work experience for US-based company preferred.
• Willingness to rotate shifts including weekends/evenings/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient inboxes, triage inquiries related to shipments, dosing, scheduling, and support.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered communication via text and email.
• Offer psychoeducation and medical information within scope.
• Resolve patient concerns with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Coordinate scheduling and shipping logistics with pharmacies.
