Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. seeks a Sales Support / Customer Service professional to respond to enquiries from multiple channels, provide information on chiropractic services, and manage leads with timely follow-up.

You will reactivate former patients, coordinate with clinic staff, handle payments, and maintain accurate records in the lead management system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Health Sciences, Communications, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and convert enquiries from various marketing channels (phone, email, forms).
• Provide information about chiropractic services and address questions.
• Manage incoming leads with timely follow-up.
• Reactivate previous patients through outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records in the lead management system.
• Track and report lead conversion rates and metrics.
• Schedule initial consultations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with chiropractors and staff for scheduling.
• Handle payments for consultations and treatments.
• Provide pricing and payment option information.
• Deliver excellent customer service and patient experience.
• Address issues or complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Other role-specific duties as they arise.
