Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Recruiter/Scheduler to support a U.S.-based healthcare business. You will handle caregiver scheduling, onboarding, and staffing coordination to ensure shifts are covered and patients receive care.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of scheduling or HR coordination in healthcare, strong English, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. This full-time remote position operates on CST 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of scheduling, HR coordination, or relevant admin experience in healthcare or medical setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Advertise consistently across platforms to attract applicants.
• Pre-screen candidates based on company criteria.
• Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendar with notes.
• Collect caregiver information for employee files and complete onboarding paperwork.
• Enter caregiver data into AxisCare and keep documents current.
• Fill shifts by contacting caregivers by phone, text, and email.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation and coordinate with management as needed.
