ClearDesk is seeking a Remote Recruitment Specialist to connect healthcare professionals with U.S.-based clients. You will screen candidates, move quickly when needs arise, and ensure placements meet urgent healthcare needs.

You will collaborate with the internal team to hit hiring goals, manage multiple roles remotely, and source candidates across social media, job boards, and AI-assisted tools. A US time-zone schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment experience, healthcare focus preferred.
• Experience recruiting for skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
• Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, and AI tools.
• Comfortable coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process.
• Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics.

Responsabilités

• Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools.
• Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire.
• Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.
• Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles when needed.
