Qualifications

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant with scheduling or recruitment for US home care or home health agency.
• At least college undergraduate.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and initiative-taking.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (Minimal or no accent in English)

Responsibilities

• Schedule coordination for caregivers and clients, ensuring coverage and care plans are met.
• Source candidates from various platforms and maintain applicant flow.
• Contact applicants to screen, schedule interviews, and facilitate assessments and paperwork.
• Enter and update caregiver, client, and communications data into Scheduling software.
• Maintain professionalism and privacy in all interactions.
• Meet hiring goals and monitor recruiting metrics to improve strategies.
