ClearDesk is hiring a Remote Recruitment Specialist to connect healthcare professionals with U.S. clients. You will source candidates, screen by phone, and coordinate interviews while ensuring quick time-to-fill and strong candidate-fit in a remote setting.

This role supports credentialing, license checks, and compliance tasks with a focus on care professionals. You’ll work with a US-based healthcare client, manage multiple roles, and collaborate closely with internal teams to hit hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment experience in remote or in-house roles.
• Experience recruiting healthcare or similar mission-driven sectors is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable setup and US time-zone alignment.

Responsabilités

• Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles and coordinate next steps.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via recruitment tools.
• Utilize CareerPlug, HelloHire, LinkedIn Recruiter for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track metrics like time-to-hire and conversion rates; suggest workflow improvements.
• Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles when needed.
