Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking a B2B Lead Generator on a remote, day-shift schedule. You will research potential customers, build a database of qualified prospects, and conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

You will qualify leads by understanding customer needs, set meetings for Business Development Managers, nurture prospects to sales-readiness, keep CRM data accurate, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or supply chain is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers within target industries.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, shipping volumes, trade lanes, and current logistics providers.
• Schedule meetings and sales appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, emails, appointments, and qualified leads.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all communications.
