MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Development & Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified opportunities in a hybrid night-shift setup in Manila. You will research target accounts, build lists, and engage decision-makers via email and LinkedIn, ensuring leads align with ERP and business needs.

You will manage CRM records, coordinate discovery calls, and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team. This role emphasizes outbound outreach, timely follow-ups, and data-driven prospecting to fuel

Qualifications

Experience in outbound prospecting and qualifying sales opportunities.
Ability to research and identify target companies and decision-makers.
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter).
Strong written and verbal communication for outreach and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified sales opportunities aligned with ICP.
Research target accounts and build prospect lists; identify decision-makers.
