Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Lead Generation Executive in Metro Manila, remote with a mid-shift schedule. You will actively seek new business, build relationships and book quality appointments for the client relations team, driving the pipeline for future years.

Responsibilities include researching new projects using LinkedIn, Barbour ABI and planning portals, confirming leads meet criteria, adding projects to the CRM ghost pipeline, and ensuring the database is clean so colleagues can book

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in UK markets.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Persistent and results-driven mindset.
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent).

Compensation: 40,000-50,000 PHP / Month

Job Summary

To actively seek out new business for the company to ensure continued growth by building relationships and booking quality appointments for the client relations team, ultimately increasing the pipeline for future years.

Key Responsibilities

• Research new projects using LinkedIn, Barbour ABI, Planning portals, etc.
• Confirm leads meet correct criteria and are suitable for Raaft.
• Add projects to the CRM into the ‘ghost pipeline’ with all relevant contacts.
• Ensure the database of projects is clean.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, telephone, and/or customer service role within the UK.
• Must have a good standard of English, both spoken and written.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• Previous experience using Zoho or a similar CRM system.
