MicroSourcing is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist for our Eastwood site in Quezon City. You will perform outbound B2B outreach, verify employer details, and capture qualified leads to support Employer Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

• Outbound B2B outreach and lead generation experience in a contact center.
• Strong CRM discipline and data accuracy in logging interactions.
• Clear verbal and written communication with business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage follow-up queues and meet daily activity targets.
• Adherence to privacy laws and script guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Outbound employer verification via phone with HR, finance, and payroll teams.
• Discovery of arrangements and lead capture, including novated leasing and third-party providers.
• Facilitate warm handovers or digital sign-on for qualified leads.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and deduplicate records.
• Capture employer feedback and objections to refine outreach.
• Maintain high-volume outbound SLAs and lead KPI targets with privacy compliance.
