Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, business development, or related B2B sales roles.
• Proven ability to identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Proficient in researching companies, contacts, and opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups diligently.

Responsibilities

• Identify target companies and key decision-makers through research and prospecting.
• Reach out to potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
• Start engaging conversations and introduce solutions based on each prospect’s business needs.
• Qualify leads based on requirements, interest, timing, and decision-making authority.
• Schedule qualified meetings and business presentations for the Business Development team.
• Consistently follow up and nurture prospects who are not yet ready to proceed.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Track outreach results and recommend ways to improve response and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing on target accounts and campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking activities, seminars, and business events when required.
