Job summary

Rippedboxstation is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive targeted prospecting for healthcare, business, and real estate sectors. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is remote and based in the Philippines, with a focus on building ICP-based lists and conducting outbound outreach.

Responsibilities include using Apollo.io, RocketReach, and directories to identify high-quality leads, maintaining CRM records, and delivering regular activity reports while meeting key targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, prospect research, appointment setting, or B2B outreach.
• Experience using lead generation and prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, RocketReach, business directories, CRM platforms, and other B2B databases.
• Strong research skills to identify accurate and relevant decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with cold emailing, outreach campaigns, and follow-up strategies is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to analyze prospect information and determine lead quality.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to meet lead generation goals and reporting requirements.
• Experience targeting high-value clients, executives, healthcare professionals, or business owners is an advantage.
• Willingness and flexibility to work during holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation and prospect research using B2B platforms, business directories, and outreach tools outside of LinkedIn.
• Utilize prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, RocketReach, Yellow Pages, and other relevant databases to identify qualified leads.
• Build, organize, and maintain targeted prospect lists based on the client’s ICP.
• Research high-value decision-makers including doctors, business owners, CEOs, and real estate developers.
• Qualify leads based on business profile, decision-making authority, and potential value.
• Support outbound lead generation activities, including email outreach, cold calling, and follow-up campaigns.
• Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM systems or tracking sheets regularly.
• Monitor prospect engagement and conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities (leads generated, status, outreach, follow-ups).
• Ensure data accuracy and proper organization of prospect records.
• Work independently while meeting agreed lead generation targets and deadlines.
