Job summary

#twiceasnice Recruiting seeks a Remote Sales Development / Lead Generation Representative to target US SMBs, initiate outbound calls, qualify opportunities, and set meetings for the sales team. You’ll be trained and supported by a global team, with performance-based incentives and a clear growth path.

Work hours align with US East Coast business hours, from a remote Philippines-based setup. The role offers daily, weekly, monthly, and annual incentive opportunities to reward sustained performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years phone-based inside sales required.
• 1+ years outbound B2B cold-calling required.
• Strong English fluency (spoken and written).
• Confident communicator for US-based decision makers.
• Coachable with ability to absorb scripts and adjust quickly.
• Reliable wired internet and quiet workspace required.
• Available for 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, aligned with US ET hours.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based business contacts using provided lists.
• Follow scripts while personalizing conversations and identifying buying signals.
• Secure qualified meetings for senior sales reps.
• Hit call and meeting-setting targets consistently.
• Join weekly team calls and coaching sessions to sharpen skills.
