Qualifications

• Telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B outbound sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable making 200+ manual outbound calls daily.
• Clear, neutral English speaking voice and strong communications skills.
• Skilled in objection handling and rapport building.
• Self-motivated with strong independent work habits.
• Comfortable sourcing prospects online without CRM automation.
• Advertising or marketing sales experience.
• Experience selling to U.S. SMB owners.
• Live-transfer or lead generation campaign experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive 200+ outbound cold calls daily to U.S. business owners.
• Source business contact details from websites and online directories.
• Engage prospects quickly and uncover potential business opportunities.
• Present value propositions clearly and handle objections with confidence.
• Apply inside sales techniques to identify needs and promote solutions.
• Transfer qualified prospects live to onshore sales representatives.
• Schedule appointments when live transfers aren’t possible.
