Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is hiring for a remote BPO sales role based in the Philippines. You will perform high-volume outbound calls using scripts, qualify leads, and book appointments with business owners. The role emphasizes consultative presentations and closing opportunities with clients, across a national client base.

You’ll need at least 1 year in BPO sales, strong communication, grit, and the ability to follow a script while responding to client questions. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience with English-speaking clients.
• Full-Cycle Sales experience: AE or Closing role.
• High-Ticket or B2B sales focus: Inbound & outbound calls.
• CRM and Sales tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling & appointment setting with prospects.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owners.
• Conduct business evaluation meetings to align client needs with solutions, and close where appropriate.
